Core FBA Packaging Rules
- Box strength: rigid, six-sided; withstands moderate pressure and handling.
- Cushioning: ≥ 2″ protective material (bubble/kraft/air pillows). No peanuts, crinkle fill, or shredded paper.
- Labeling: Each shipping box needs a unique FBA Box ID + carrier label on a flat surface; remove/cover old barcodes.
- Polybags: ≥ 1.5 mil, transparent, sealed; openings ≥ 5″ require a suffocation warning.
- Multipacks/Sets: Mark “Sold as Set”; provide a unique FNSKU for the set; hide individual item barcodes.
- SIPP (Ships in Product Packaging): Eligible items may ship in original packaging if they pass ISTA-6 (or permitted self-test under 50 lb).
